We start by individually packaging each piece of Harris Ranch beef with a vacuum seal. By removing all air and applying a special seal, each piece stays fresher for a longer period of time. Then all beef products are shipped flash-frozen and packaged in a reusable insulated cooler with an abundant supply of dry ice or ice gel blocks. The cooler is then placed in a sturdy box that's ready for delivery. To ensure proper delivery with the perishable nature of the product, all orders ship Monday-Wednesday. Our shipping and handling rates are based on the following delivery options:
Your package will arrive within 7 business days from the day we receive your order. This allows us enough time to process your order, however your order will actually only be in transit for 24 hours from the time it leaves our fulfillment center.
Standard Delivery Costs: $10.00 + $1.00 per each pound
Your package will arrive within 2 business days from the day we receive your order. This allows us enough time to process your order, however your order will actually only be in transit for 24 hours from the time it leaves our fulfillment center. Orders placed after 9:30 AM PST on Wednesday will arrive the following week.
Express Shipping Costs: $35.00 + $1.00 per each pound
Gift Card Handling
All gift certificates will be shipped via first class mail when selecting this option. Please allow up to 7 days delivery. Tracking information will not be available. This method of shipping is reserved only to ship gift cards. We reserve the right to adjust your shipping if an incorrect method is selected. To expedite the shipping of a gift card by UPS, please select Standard Shipping.

Sorry, we can not ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.

If a recipient is not home, the package will be left at their door. Please note, Harris Ranch cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to recipients who are out of town on an extended absence.
