Harris BBQ, formally known to barbeque lovers as the Harris Ranch Express BBQ, was established in 2017 and rebranded to “Harris BBQ” in 2024. A “must-stop” along Interstate 5 for fans of quality barbeque, our original location in Coalinga, CA, can be found inside of the Fast Track Convenience Store at the Harris Ranch Resort. Here, guests and travelers alike can experience a mouthwatering menu that features smoked tri-tip, brisket, ribs, pulled pork, and more!
