What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in begins at 4 p.m. and check-out is by noon. You are welcome to store your luggage with us so you can enjoy the property.

How many hotel rooms do you have?

We have 153 hotel rooms for our valued guests, all with modern on-site amenities and an assortment of room styles, many with balconies overlooking our courtyard, olympic-style heated pool, or tranquil farmland.

Can I use the pool or visit the Pool Bar if I am not a guest of the hotel?

Our heated, Olympic-style pool and Pool Bar are for the use of our hotel guests only.

Can I have food at the pool?

No outside food or beverages are permitted. Our Pool Bar is open seasonally for hotel guests to order food and drinks from our restaurants.

Do you offer room service?

We do offer room service from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Does your hotel have a lost and found?

Yes, please call (559) 935-0717- ask for the housekeeping department if the item was left behind at the Hotel, or our Security Department if the item was left at our Country Store or Restaurant areas.

What is your hotel room tax?

We do not have a hotel room tax. The Harris Ranch Resort is located within Fresno County, which does not have a tourism occupancy tax.

Dining Related Inquiries

What are the dining options at Harris Ranch?

Our complex is home to our three award-winning dining venues. Whether you are seeking an unparalleled fine dining experience in our renowned Prime Steakhouse, casual dining in the Ranch Kitchen, or a little relaxation in the Horseshoe Lounge -- Harris Ranch is the ultimate dining destination. Reservations are highly encouraged for our Prime Steakhouse.

Additionally, our property is home to our original Harris BBQ location known for its mouthwatering barbeque! Order in-store or online for delicious tri-tip, ribs, brisket and more.

Do you take reservations for the three dining venues?

Reservations are only accepted for our evening dining venue, our Prime Steakhouse. No guarantees may be given on specific seating areas or tables. Both the Ranch Kitchen and Horseshoe Lounge are available for walk-ins only. To book a Steakhouse reservation, call (559) 935-0717.

Do you take large party reservations in the restaurants?

To make reservations for parties over eight people, you must call our Sales Department, Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 559-935-0717 ext. 6681.

Do you have any vegetarian items on your menu?

Yes, we have a small selection that will accommodate your needs.

Do you offer any Gluten Free entrees?

Yes – our Ranch Kitchen and Horseshoe Lounge menus specify which entrées are Gluten Free. Please ask your server in the Prime Steakhouse for our Gluten Free options.

Do you offer a kid-friendly menu?

Yes - our Ranch Kitchen and Horseshoe Lounge offer a Children's Menu.

Do you serve breakfast all day?

Breakfast is primarily served in our Ranch Kitchen until 11 a.m. Select breakfast menu items are available all day via our "All Day Breakfast Menu".

Do you offer take-out?

Yes - take-out from our restaurants is available at our Cashier's counter near our Ranch Kitchen. Guests can place an order from our menus and pay directly with our cashier, who will bring out your food once it is prepared.

Do you have any retail shops?

Our Harris Ranch Country Store is open daily for shopping. A stylish boutique with Western charm, our Country Store offers a wide variety of handcrafted gifts, novelty clothing items, gourmet foods, décor, specialty housewares, and exclusive Brighton Collectibles. Nestled in the heart of our Restaurant complex, our Country Store is your shopping destination for Harris Ranch branded items including our almonds, olive oil, spices, and seasonings.

Additionally, select retail items can be purchased in our Fast Track Convenience Store.

Where can I purchase cakes, pies, or cookies?

All our bakery items are made fresh daily by our in-house Harris Ranch Bakery team. All irresistible sweets, breads, and pastries can be purchased at our bakery counter located in our Country Store. Select items can be ordered in our Restaurants and by online purchase for pick-up only in our Country Store.

How can I purchase Harris Ranch Beef?

We are beginning the transition of our online store and will no longer be shipping Harris Ranch Beef. You may still order beef for shipment through the Harris Ranch Beef Company directly.

What fueling and charging options are available at the Harris Ranch Resort?

We offer a wide variety of fueling and charging options for our valued guests. We are proud to partner with trusted companies on the frontline of innovation and fueling technology, including: Tesla, Shell Gas, FirstElement, and Electrify America. At Harris Ranch, we strive to provide a quick and hassle-free stop for you to refuel and recharge your vehicle - enabling you to continue your journey with peace of mind.

Do you have a Tesla Supercharger?

Yes - We are now the world's largest Tesla Supercharger Station with 98 Tesla Supercharger stalls available for our valued guests. A high-power connector is also available, adjacent to the Supercharger near the Shell Station.

How long is your Airstrip? Is it lighted?

Our Airstrip is a 2800-foot-long landing strip that is paved and lighted. You will find ample parking with tie downs and no fees! Shell self-serve 100LL aviation fuel is available 24 hours a day.

Do you host weddings, meetings, or special events?

Our Resort offers spacious and well-equipped meeting or event spaces that cater to a variety of needs. Whether you are organizing a corporate conference, a wedding reception or a special event, the Harris Ranch Resort has everything you need to make your event unforgettable.
