Jack A. Harris Memorial Scholarship Fund
The Harris Farms, Inc. Family of Companies is committed to supporting students in their pursuit of education through the Jack A. Memorial Scholarship Foundation. By providing financial assistance to outstanding students who demonstrate academic excellence and leadership, the foundation aims to help alleviate the financial burden of education and empower students to achieve their educational aspirations.
The Jack A. Memorial Scholarship Foundation was established in 1981 by his son, John C. Harris, friends and associates, to honor his late father. Jack Harris was the original founder of Harris Farms and affiliated Harris Farms, Inc. entities.
Qualifications
- › Applicant must have a minimum 2.0 GPA
- › Open to any eligible high school or college students who are currently enrolled in school

- › Scholarship amount ranges based on need and other factors taken into consideration.

Preference is given to:
- Applicants who are currently or have worked for a Harris entity
- Applicants whose immediate family members are currently or have worked for a Harris entity
- Those expressing a commitment to a future in agriculture
- › In some cases, the scholarship may be renewable for multiple years, provided the recipient continues to meet certain academic and conduct criteria.
